United Nations Association (Norwich & District Branch) are holding their monthly 'LunchBox' meeting on Friday 21st November at 1pm in the Friend's Meeting House,

Upper Goat Lane, Norwich. The speakers this month will be Chris Hull and Tully Wakeman who will talk about 'Transition Norwich - Responding to Global Warming'.

The Norwich and District Branch of the United Nations Association is celebrating the 60th anniversary of its founding in 1948 and are very pleased to host a talk on this vital subject. The world is rapidly reaching the point at which oil production must start to reduce year on year, with dramatic consequences for our economy, food supply, and way of life.  Transition Norwich aims to facilitate a community response to the twin problems of Peak Oil and Climate Change. Norwich & District UNA are fully supportive of their efforts. So please do try to come to this lunchtime meeting.
