| + | Over the past five years, Fair Trade in Norfolk has achieved a huge amount, campaigning for, and promoting, fair trade across the county. We can be proud that during that time the concept of fair trade has become much more mainstream. | ||

| + | Because of this, now is the time to transform the way that we continue to campaign for fair trade, and we have taken the decision that this will be best done in the future through other groups and organisations, especially the City Monitoring Group. | ||

| + | So we would like to invite you to the final AGM of Fair Trade in Norfolk, both to celebrate what we have achieved, and to discuss how we can keep the momentum going. The meeting will take place on Monday 15th June at 6pm in the Mancroft Room, City Hall, Norwich. | ||

| + | We will also be joined at the AGM by Nick Leverett, who will explain about The Waitrose Foundation. This promises to be an interesting insight into how the mainstream High Street is adopting the principles that we have been campaigning for, and a real demonstration of the effect that groups such as Fair Trade in Norfolk have had over the past few years. | ||
