+ | The workshop is intended to provide the beginner with a good | ||
+ | understanding of the ecology of ditch invertebrates and sufficient | ||
+ | knowledge to allow some key groups to be surveyed. The workshop | ||
+ | will first review the importance of ditches as habitat for invertebrates | ||
+ | within The Broads – including species such as the Norfolk hawker | ||
+ | dragonfly - and then look in detail at the standard survey and | ||
+ | assessment methods for ditch habitats. The second part of the | ||

+ | camera to look at a range of species and the important characters | ||
