In addition to his film scoring commitments, Andrew has also composed a symphony in four movements titled ‘Cinema Symphony’.  More information can be found at http://www.andrew-pearce.com.

Andrew will be discussing his work scoring for film along with examining what process and skills, such as orchestration and reading music to picture, are required of a composer working on films today.  He will also discuss the importance of short films for emerging composers interested in a music career in the film industry shedding light on what it takes to make it into the world of music and films.
