Isobel Ingram will be telling Esau’s Story. This is the story of a Ugandan asylum seeker and his journey from Rochester Prison and Yarlswood Detention Centre, through months of hearings and appeals to the final achievement of refugee status.

We'll also be talking about our new project, the Low Carbon Cookbook, hosting the Midsummer Transition Circles party (21 June) and our next Wholefood Coop order!  If you would like to join us please do get in touch. Facilitated by Helen Wells, introducing the work of Arny Mindell - Process Oriented Ecology. The session will involve practicing inner work (or meditation tools) for connecting to your deepest self and where you are the earth. This workshop will be an introduction to a different way of processing world issues as our issues, and a taster session for the weekend workshop later in the month (see below).

Two-day experiential workshop, based on Process Work developed by Dr. Arnold Mindell - an awareness practice for facilitating individual and collective change rooted in psychology, spirituality and social activism. Using movement and image-making to help meet the changes that happen to us and explore what blocks us from making the changes we want. Facilitated by Helen Wells and Louise Warner, who are both experienced in individual and group work in a variety of settings. Sliding scale from £120 to £60 based on ability to pay. Reduced rate for low income, unwaged, students, elders.
