Caroline has visited the Occupied Territories on the West Bank of the Jordan to support the Palestinians as they try to gather their olive harvest for the past two years with a Project called Zaytun. Caroline will talking about her experiences and showing some of the pictures that were taken during her visit. I have had a brief look at her presentation and it is well worth coming along to give support to people like her and to the Palestinians who are living in such terrible conditions. The doors of NELSON COURT will be open from 5.30pm on Saturday 1st May and after the presentation we will share out supper. On May 27 Norwich PSC and Norwich & District Trades Council are jointly hosting a public meeting at the Friends' Meeting House at 7.30pm at which two Palestine General Federation of Trades Union officers will talk about the plight of Palestinian workers and their attitude to the B.I.G. Campaign. Everyone is welcome. Light a candle for scientific realism and rationality against the dark, populist, tide of sceptic lies and ignorance.
