==Norwich AI big sponsored walk, Sun 3rd Oct, Start at Chapelfield Gardens 10am-11am==
A ramble along the Riverside Walk. You can opt for a 4 mile walk within Norwich or a longer 11 mile one around Whitlingham Great Broad. Both walks start and finish in Chapelfield Gardens.
Get Sponsor forms collect your sponsors and turn up at Chapelfield Gardens on Sunday 3rd October between 10am and 11am. If you’d like to join a group please start at about 10.30am. Details of the route will be available on the day. A pleasant walk, keep fit before winter closes in and raise money for a good cause.

Norwich Stop the War Coalition, with shots taken on his visit to Gaza, via
Egypt, on the anniversary of operation Cast Lead when 1400 Palestinians
were killed and 5,000 wounded.
