Experience the freshness of some of the vegetables grown organically from this award winning allotment site.
Vegetables, house plants, flowers, and herbs in pots will be on sale all day. 
Food in the form of African diverse recipes including those suitable for vegetarians will be served starting from 12 noon followed by a guided tour of the gardens beginning at 1 pm.
Food is by ticket at £5 per dish.

==Hiroshima day, Saturday 7th August==

CND are planning an outdoor event on Saturday 7th August, to mark the
anniversary of nuclear bomb being  dropped on  Hirsoshima  on August 6th 1945
Other groups have asked us to do this and we would welcome input at the planning stage.

Speaker '''Sarah Colborne''' is the director of campaigns and operations at the 
Palestine Solidarity Campaign. She was a passenger on the Mavi Marmara, the ship which was 
brutally attacked by Israeli commandos on the high seas while trying to transport aid to Gaza. 
Sarah will be able to give an eye-witness account of the attack which killed at least nine people.
Also a short DVD relating to the attack on the flotilla will be shown.

The event is sponsored by Norwich Stop the War Coalition and Norwich Palestine Solidarity Campaign.

I'm sending this email to a few people in Norwich who might be able to get involved in a zero carbon concert in Norwich on either Sat 27th or Sun 28th November (just before the next UN climate summit begins in Mexico) to prove to the negotiators that a zero carbon world is possible.
